Delete Your LOAD24 Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your LOAD24 account and data, exactly what gets deleted, what (if anything) is retained, and for how long. This page is public and does not require you to log in or download the app.

How to request account deletion

Option 1 — In the app (fastest):

  1. Open the LOAD24 app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
  2. Confirm your identity via OTP (sent to your registered mobile number) or your MPIN.
  3. Submit the request. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Web form / email (no app or login required):

  1. Email support@load24.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  2. Include your registered mobile number (and email, if used to sign up) so we can locate your account.
  3. We verify the request and process deletion within 30 days, and confirm by email once complete.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active load, booking, or wallet balance, settle or withdraw it before requesting deletion.

What data is deleted

The following data is permanently deleted from LOAD24's systems once your deletion request is processed:

What data is retained, and why

We retain only what Indian law requires us to keep, and only for as long as the law requires:

Category Reason & retention period Status
Financial & transaction records (e.g. GST-linked invoices, payment ledgers) Required under Indian tax and financial regulations. Retained for 8 years from the date of the transaction, then permanently deleted. Retained
Records tied to an active legal or regulatory dispute Retained only until the dispute is resolved, as required by law, then deleted. Retained
Beyond these two legally-mandated exceptions, LOAD24 does not retain any personal data after account deletion. Retained financial records are used solely for legal/tax compliance and are not used to provide app functionality after your account is deleted.

Timeline

Deletion requests, whether submitted in-app or by email, are processed within 30 days of verification. Your account is deactivated and inaccessible immediately upon request; the deletion process removes underlying data within that 30-day window, except the legally-retained records listed above.
